Well... a new year heralds new beginnings for all of us...
For many of our friends this means:
1. New jobs as registrars in hospitals
2. Passing terrible post graduate examinations that will ALLOW them to do those new jobs
3. Getting married
4. Kids getting bigger going to school
5. HAVING KIDS! CONGRATS to Kenneth & Grace, Sara & Sugee, and all those PENDING...
Well.. for me.. the story starts with dear Pa and Ma deciding to invest in the property market.. so they purchase a shoplot in Joo Chiat.. it has now become the new HEAL JOO CHIAT CLINIC!
We are building the clinic from scratch, designing the layout, choosing floor tiles, measuring rooms to buy furniture and getting a decent store sign up! Fortunately, being 
a self owned clinic means that there will be a mini home office for us to chill out in...
a self owned clinic means that there will be a mini home office for us to chill out in... What are we planning to do there ? Well, if things go well, it is intended to be a family clinic with procedural options, ie capacity to do minor surgery, aesthetic work and general care of people!
It will be a challenge for us.. if all fails, well I suppose we can blend in with the surrounds and open a cafe instead!
